Dear Property Owner,
If you are interested in running for a seat on the Board of Directors for the Pima Acres Property Owners Association, please submit your name, along with a brief biography to John Herrick, 8846 East Havasupai Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 or by e-mail at
jrherrick@mac.com by 12:00 noon on Monday, October 19th, 2009.
Every name that is submitted will appear on the ballot.
We encourage you to take an active part in our community and run for a seat on the Board. If you are unable to serve on the Board, please be sure to attend the Annual Meeting set for Thursday, October 22nd, 2009 beginning at 6:00 PM to last approximately 1 ½ hours at the Mustang Library, 10101 N. 90th Street in Scottsdale. Your participation at this meeting is very important.
In our last communication to the PAPOA Home Owners we stated that we were hoping to have the new proposed CC&R’s, Bylaws and Guidelines out to all of you by August. This project is 95% complete with just a few minor areas still to address before we present them to you.
We should be able to have a “Hard Copy” of these documents out for you to review before our annual meeting on October 22nd.
A representative from our Law Firm, Carpenter, Hazelwood, Delgado & Wood, PLC., will attend our meeting to answer any questions regarding our CC&R, Bylaws and Guideline proposal.
